Custom and Personalized Orders
All items are custom made to order on the details you provide.
Please double check the spelling of names, the accuracy of dates and the color choices before submitting your order.
Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.

Shipping and Processing Times

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All custom and personalized items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-approved design choices or spelling errors.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production has begun.
Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Candiedcrafts is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
Care instructions
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each product. Improper care may result in damage and is not eligible for replacement.
