At Candiedcrafts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 
Because of the nature of our products. All personalized orders are considered final sale. That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will happily work with you to make it right through a replacement or correction. 

Please note: 

• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to name, color or customization choices selected at checkout. 

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. 

• Minor variations are normal with handmade items and are part of what makes each piece unique.
